Director of Leadership and Talent Development

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 a year
Job Description
• Crusoe is looking for a Director of Leadership and Talent Development to join our change-making People Team. Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Talent Development, you will play a key-role in designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise development programs. • You will help drive change-management strategies and champion initiatives that create a framework for employee career pathing and skill development. A Day In The Life: - Lead the ongoing build-out and engagement of our LMS (WorkRamp) as we work to scale continued education and skill building across Crusoe. - Work with leaders across the organization on professional development with the use of nationally-recognized resources for career pathing and job architecture across Crusoe. - Develop and execute inclusive people programs and strategies that engage, retain, and develop employees, including but not limited to: onboarding, performance management, talent review, and succession planning. - Implement and support ongoing leadership development philosophy, strategy and education. - Provide professional development coaching for employees/leadership program participants under the guidance of your Director. - Deploy measurement systems to track and report progress on both LMS and Performance Management systems. - Advise and make recommendations on talent management problems and practices in conjunction with employee relations partners. - Facilitate leadership event planning, team retreats and various training initiatives for various audiences within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience • 3-5+ years of experience in L & D or Organizational Development • Experienced in building and managing an in-house LMS platform • Certification/ Experience in Leadership Development Training (SLII by Blanchard Companies preferred) • Certification in Behavioral or Strengths Based Assessment Training. (DISC, Cliffton Strengths, Culture Index, Birkman etc.) • Proficiency in instructional design for live, virtual and LMS audiences • Experience with coaching and training professionals from individual contributor up to middle management. (Preferred) • Proven capacity to implement operations and processes in L & D to maximize business efficiency. • Willingness to travel domestically for trips ranging in 1-4 days in length. • Must be able to pass a background check
