Machine Learning Technical Team Leader

Job Description

• Build, Lead and Mentor a core AI/ML Team • Promoting a culture of innovation, knowledge and feedback sharing and excellence within the team • Execution of Traditional Machine Learning projects • GenAI implementations leveraging industry leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in an AI/ML environment • Previous experience as Technical Leader • Familiarity with Traditional ML Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, and Reinforcement Learning) • Familiarity with cutting edge LLM technologies (OpenAI, Bard) and techniques to build solutions on LLMs like Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning (Plus) and Prompt Tuning • Familiarity with Python • Experience with MLOps and services for delivering ML to production • Experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, or similar ML libraries • Strong communication skills • Experience working with distributed remote teams across time zones • A cooperative attitude, team-player mindset, sharing of knowledge.
