Technical Account Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Job Description
• Onboard new partners and provide technical expertise as partners build to our open API’s or install our software • Lead partner education to ensure customers understand and are effectively using our products • Assist sales during the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise during proof of concepts (PoC’s) • Establish DSP support standards and metrics, and a repeatable support process • Act as first line of support for validating and troubleshooting DSP issues internally and externally (e.g. campaign underdelivery) • Coordinate with the product and support engineering teams to improve our demand side product suite, processes, documentation and internal tools, and ensure internal teams and resources are working efficiently and effectively • Work with Client Success and Sales teams to communicate technical issues to our internal Product and Engineering teams, and liaise with our client’s technical teams • Project manage troubleshooting efforts with internal technical teams and communicate solutions back to GTM support and sales teams • Leads client calls, when necessary, to understand client issues and communicate solutions back to external stakeholders • Become an expert in Vistar’s demand-side products and services
Qualifications
• 3+ years supporting ad tech products (ideally a DSP), through project management of product and technical support issues • Experience leading multi-team/function collaboration efforts, and galvanizing individuals towards a common solution • Experience troubleshooting partner-facing technical issues (e.g. related to APIs, SQL queries, etc.) • Familiarity with technical concepts and coding languages • Fluent in Excel and comfortable working with data
