Senior Client Success Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of Cordial’s clients • Serve as the primary point of contact at Cordial for clients • Own the client success plan and executive engagement • Act as the owner of the entire client relationship post-sale • Drive timely renewals and focus on client success and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years working in an enterprise client management role at a SaaS company, preferably with experience in email and/or digital marketing • Strong project management skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team
