Job Description

• Guide Cordial's enterprise clients through platform implementation • Project manage varied customer on-boardings • Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations • Develop and share best practices with clients • Ensure successful platform roll-out according to timelines • Build relationships with key customer contacts • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client adoption • Document and record completed project work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management • Expertise in Cordial's technology • Strong project management skills • Ability to handle complex business challenges • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
