Global Employee Relations & HR Compliance Lead

Job Description

• We are looking for a Head of Global Employee Relations & HR Compliance to lead our growing team. We are looking to find a leader that can bring both deep expertise and a propensity for innovation to help build out this function for Stripe. You will have deep subject matter expertise in ER, HR, and global HR compliance but also will bring strong business acumen, creative problem solving skills, and the ability to co-create a function that is designed for Stripe. This team will be a highly cross-functional and collaborative organization that works across Stripe.

Qualifications

• A background of at least 15+ years experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR compliance, consulting, or related areas at innovative companies with outstanding People functions • Experience in establishing global crisis management • Track record of building and developing high-impact global teams • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders to enable them to drive their people strategy and increase business results • Experience and a point of view on what a great ER and HR compliance delivery model and organization should look like • Ability to build a clear, multi-year strategy to support a world class ER and HR compliance function. • Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving
