Salary: $223,860 - $319,800 a year
Job Description
• Coach a team of 6-8 sales managers on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Qualifications
• 10+ years of sales experience, with proven performance owning a complex selling motion • 3+ years of experience managing US teams • Strong track record of overachievement in coaching a team on outbounding • Excellent communication skills and comfortable with public speaking • Familiarity with SFDC
