Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, User Experience Design, or related field • 5-8 years of experience in UX research • Proficiency in Figma and UX research tools • Expertise in a broad range of UX research methodologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Collaborative mindset and comfortable working in cross-functional teams • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices
