Operations Analyst

Job Description

• Position/PNL/cost reconciliation • Trade matching, booking, and settlement reconciliation • Manage counterparty onboarding and operational relationships • Develop new operational and risk management tools • Maintain and enhance current infrastructure • Liaising with Trading, Business Development, IT, and Compliance to solve problems and create solutions • Projects involvement to facilitate interdepartmental and global business goals

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Financial Operations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science or related • Working/Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA • Working knowledge of SQL preferred • Experience with Python, C# or other coding applications, a plus • Detail-oriented and eager to find and address the root cause of issues • Proven analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations quickly under pressure • Affinity for trading and markets
