Senior Pre-Construction Project Manager

Job Description

• Guide project management teams through project lifecycle • Oversee multiple projects at a time • Collaborate with Director, Pre-Construction for support tasks • Lead process improvements within Pre-Deployment • Monitor project milestones and necessary certifications • Manage deliverables of independent engineers • Act as liaison between technical experts and IE technical leads • Potential for future direct reports • Other tasks assigned by Director of Pre-Deployment based on company's needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent • 5+ years of renewable energy project management or leadership in the construction field with knowledge of civil, electrical, and utility construction • 5+ years of scheduling experience • Experience in Pre-Construction or early-stage Construction • Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Business Development, Project Acquisitions, and Asset Management • Commitment to company's mission and passion for solving climate crisis • Demonstrated experience in effective communication • Initiative to make improvements and showcase accountability • Analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions • Expertise in building strong relationships • Eagerness to understand company operations and apply knowledge effectively
