Job Description
• Lead and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes • Develop strategic financial models • Conduct financial analysis and reporting • Ensure accurate forecasting and variance analysis • Lead and mentor team of FP&A professionals • Provide operational support and offer financial guidance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • 8-10 years of experience in FP&A • 3+ years of experience managing a team of finance professionals
