Project Manager

Job Description

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis. Ensure that team members have a clear understanding of their roles and tasks. • Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness. • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Facilitate project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure risk management strategies are followed and adjusted as necessary. • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct quality control checks and implement necessary changes to meet high standards • Determine and allocate resources (staff, equipment, etc.) needed to reach project objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently. • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA) • PMP certification is a plus. • Self- directed, Critical Thinker, Outstanding interpersonal skills, Organized ; • Must stay current with annual compliance training and certifications
