Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description
• The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to promote our home health services organization. • Oversee content, user-interface and look and feel for 21HHS.com • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support recruitment and employment brand • Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters and press releases • Produce visually appealing marketing materials. • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and programs. • Implement strategies to increase online presence and recruitment engagement. • Coordinate and manage public relations events and activities including press releases, articles, and other communication materials • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and communications materials • Monitor brand perception and make recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives. • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement • Prepare and present regular reports, data to management
Qualifications
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, communications • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Experience with graphic design software • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Health care or Home Health experience • Knowledge of HIPPA and other regulatory requirements related to healthcare. • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations, or related field. • Self- directed, Critical Thinker, Outstanding interpersonal skills, Organized ; Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; • Must stay current with annual compliance training and certifications
