Manager, People Operations

Job Description

• Sauce Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, HR Operations to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all human resources operations within the organization • This role is a Fix-Term (Temporary) position for 1 year to support the Director, Global People Operations during her parental leave and consecutive part-time work • The preferred location is the San Francisco Bay area, to have a 1-2 day a week presence in the office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus • 5+ years of proven experience in HR operations • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant employment laws and regulations • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience with HR platforms (we use Bamboo, ADP, Lattice, ChartHop, and Greenhouse) preferred • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers
