Product Quality Assurance Associate

Job Description

• As a Product Quality Assurance Associate at Narmi, you will ensure that we continue to deliver world-class products while doubling revenue each year • You will enable your partners in Engineering, Customer Success, Implementations, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to guarantee operational excellence and product quality • You will own product end-to-end testing, and ensure that our releases are free of bugs • You will become an expert on new and existing product functionality, ensuring smooth rollouts of new features and continued product excellence • You will document the nuances of our product to enable internal and external stakeholders to succeed as Narmi continues to scale

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, both in team settings and independently, to achieve shared goals • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst • (Nice to have) Experience using Qase for manual and automated QA test management
