Associate Counsel, Product and Regulatory
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 a year
Job Description
• Assist in maintaining corporate and individual insurance licenses • Conduct ad hoc legal research on important topics impacting the insurance and healthcare industries • Assist in drafting operational policies and procedures • Prosecute insurance product rate and form filings • Assist in preparing external reports to regulators
Qualifications
• J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar • 1-2 years of prior legal experience preferred • Impeccable organization and attention to detail • Willingness to learn the operational nuances of an innovative health insurance business • Legal research experience • Experience with Excel, SQL, or other data management tools
