Compliance Analyst, Employee Trade

Job Description

• Develop and enhance global Employee Trade Surveillance programs, controls and operational processes to monitor and mitigate internal risks and violations of company policy. • Responsible for maintaining and updating an accurate database of sensitive internal information • Manage all aspects of Employee Surveillance including reviewing suspicious account behavior, monitoring transaction activity, approving/denying internal employee requests, corresponding with employees in order to gather information • Investigate potential cases from beginning to an appropriate resolution. • Lead the implementation of procedures that will improve detection of internal risks. • Collaborate with stakeholders within Compliance and the business to mitigate risk and build controls around Employee Surveillance, driving a culture of Compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience • At least 4+ years of experience in Employee surveillance, or closely related field • Proficiency with financial markets, Employee monitoring requirements etc • Experience gathering sensitive information from employees or other internal stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, managing projects, solving problems and handling multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong understanding of employee monitoring requirements and ability to adapt to evolving risks
