Hedge Fund Finance - Vice President

Job Description

• iCapital is looking for the ideal candidate to join the Hedge Fund Finance Management team. This role will be responsible for managing an accounting team that services a fast-growing sector of the business. This individual will be responsible for servicing hedge fund of fund, direct, and access fund vehicles (the “funds”) in conjunction with third-party administrators. They will also manage all fund accounting and financial reporting to investors, including capital activity, partner capital statements, annual audited financials, and tax deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 10+ years of fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations experience with a focus on alternative investment funds including fund-of-funds and feeder funds • Advanced degree and/or credentials, such as CPA designation is a plus • Passion for the application of innovative technology • Advanced accounting skills and experience within an audit framework is preferred • Advanced Excel skills • Demonstrated capacity and willingness to work within a close team structure on all tasks • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and able to see the big picture • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Eager to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment

Benefits

• The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
