Director, Enterprise Risk Management

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks • Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks • Oversee creation and maintenance of risk registers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Monitor and analyze emerging risks • Prepare and present risk reports • Develop and manage a team of risk management professionals • Continuously improve risk management processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate work experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of GRC tools • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and frameworks
