UX Lead - Cloud Data - Security Enterprise - Applications

Job Description

• Design and refine user experiences across our suite of products, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and effectiveness. • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and improve existing interfaces. • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ensure UX is seamlessly integrated into product development. • Develop UX guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all products. • Prepare for future scaling by planning UX team growth and capabilities. • Advocate for UX value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in enterprise applications. • Experience in security or data protection domains is highly desirable. • Experience in designing products targeting security personas - security analyst, compliance director, CISO - strongly desired. • Demonstrable experience leading UX projects from conception to completion. • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating user-centered design solutions. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. • Proficient with modern UI and UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma). • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
