Associate Technical Project Manager

Job Description

• Work with engineering groups at Omada to understand and evolve how our internal software interfaces with clients and supports strategic initiatives as they relate to implementation and growth • Develop a deep understanding of our technical capabilities and advise on a path forward to meet internal and external requirements • Support internal teams in timely and effectively resolution of issues • Educate cross-functional teams on Omada’s internal systems and produce clear documentation • Meet with client-facing teams and business partners to provide technical direction and strategy • Act as subject matter expert on Omada’s business systems and advise internal teams on best ways to meet operational goals given system capabilities • Identify system limitations and blockers to scale and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions • Track technical progress of integration between Omada’s and our clients’ systems • Maintain good judgment regarding promises made to clients and internal stakeholders • Oversee and project manage client development and oversee the overall technical health of existing client integrations • Support internal teams by providing guidance and problem solving for internal issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing projects and technical implementations • 2+ years in a client-facing role • Bachelor's degree preferred • Capacity to construct clear, concise, and effective communications • A natural problem solver with a strong tendency towards proactive improvement and risk management • Acumen to balance day-to-day execution with long-term priorities • Ability to engage with a variety of levels of an organization and with different types of teams (executive, engineering, commercial, product, etc.) • Passion for process improvement and documentation • Proficiency in Google Docs, Powerpoint, Excel, CSV files
