Customer Success Operations, Consultant
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $50 - $60 a year
Job Description
• Serve as a designated responsible individual (DRI) on the Operations Team • Own, manage, and deliver training-related requests • Develop and execute training programs on products, partnerships, and tools • Collaborate with colleagues to standardize, document, and share new processes • Lead ongoing training for customer and member-facing teams
Qualifications
• 2-4 years experience in customer success, enablement, learning & development, training, and/or customer-focused operational teams • Self-motivation, clear ownership and initiative • Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Google Apps, Atlassian tools, and Enablement tools
