Implementation Program Manager

• As an Implementation Program Manager, you'll spearhead customer implementations of our game-changing products, driving tangible social impact by getting our software in the hands of the people who need it most. This role is not just about managing outcomes but also shaping customer expectations and experiences. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient planning, initiation, and execution of product implementations. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing implementation projects, ideally in a customer-facing role. • Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures, and having the ability to navigate seamlessly across a wide range of environments and adapt to their specific needs. • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and productivity tooling (e.g., JIRA), as well as experience creating effective tracking systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. • A proactive, low-ego approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.
