Retail Operations Coordinator

Job Description

• Prepare reports on retail operations, analyze sales data, and provide insights to leadership. • Support store teams with day-to-day operations, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with company standards. • Develop and deliver training programs to equip retail staff with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. • Implement visual merchandising strategies to create a captivating customer experience that drives sales. • Streamline processes, oversee inventory control, and ensure consistent operations across all stores. • Develop, document, implement, and update retail policies and procedures. • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. • Assist in planning and executing retail events and promotions. • Own the retail communication portal and all published content.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for the robotics and wellness industry. • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams across the organization. • Experience creating and delivering training programs. • A knack for keeping things organized and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. • The ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently. • A drive to continuously improve and achieve goals.
