Lead Technical Program Manager

Job Description

• The Lead Technical Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and hardware programs and projects across the company • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources; coordinate with stakeholders; provide visibility on status, risks and issues; ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards • Take a leadership role in defining the program management function for the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • Technical fluency in cloud network and system software and hardware • 7+ years of experience in technical program management with infrastructure and data center technologies • Strong understanding of technical project management principles and practices • Experience mentoring project managers and engineers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; empathy for cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
