Recruitment & HR Business Partner
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $90,000 a year
Job Description
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Source potential candidates through various channels. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees. • Collaborate with legal department on employment agreements. • Provide HR support in employee relations and policy implementation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of experience as a recruiter. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
