Operations Manager

Job Description

• As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, including engineering and operations, to solve complex problems • Develop systems and processes, impacting operations and long-term success while scaling and fostering a vibrant workplace culture • Enhance office systems and oversee onboarding to ensure efficient operations and successful integration of new hires among other exciting projects

Qualifications

• Project management or coordination capabilities, preferably in a SaaS company or startup • Human resource or people management experience with a focus on recruiting • Experience working directly within the C-suite or founders • Bachelors in Business Administration or relevant experience
