Staff Content Designer

Job Description

• Responsible for defining consumer and community experience through strategic content creation and design • Craft language and systems to inspire trust and make AV (Autonomous Vehicle) technology accessible to non-technical customers and communities • Align efforts with the mission to help people navigate products effectively • Contribute to product roadmaps and support company objectives through content design initiatives and projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field, ideally within a tech or consumer-focused company • Strong understanding of content strategy, user experience design principles, and product development processes • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Ability to work on strategic and systems-level projects with attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging user experiences • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Figma, and experience working within agile development environments • Experience in creating content that educates and builds trust with non-technical audiences
