Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the real-time operational activities at Gridware • Coordinate with various departments to address real-time issues promptly and efficiently • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real-time operations analysts • Develop and implement processes to improve real-time operational efficiency • Manage and resolve operational incidents in real-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real-time operations or a similar role. • Proficiency in real-time monitoring tools and software. • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. • Experience in incident management and process improvement.
