Product Manager- Payment Processing

Job Description

• As the Payment Processing Product Manager you will lead the product roadmap responsible for world class products and experiences that help our ISO, Fintech and software platform partners process more payment volume for their merchants. • Drive the processing team towards clear and measurable outcomes • Lead strategy definition surrounding payment acceptance devices and mobile payments • Own the roadmap for 3 scrum teams in the US and UK working to deliver an incredible payment processing experience for our global ISO and ISV customers • Lead annual and quarterly planning for your products to ensure your strategy has stakeholder consensus and is iteratively and transparently delivered • Work with product owners and engineering teams to decompose product vision into iterative milestones, portfolio epics and user stories that the team can digest and deliver • Manage user acceptance testing internally and with customers when launching a new product or feature, and monitor KPI’s post launch to manage engagement and adoption • Speak at conferences, company firesides, sales and customer workshops to promote products • Manage vendors within your product line from contract negotiation and renewals, through delivery and relationship management. These partners may include card schemes, processors, device manufacturers, and distributors • Participate in Inventory management and forecasting for your devices • Partner closely with engineering around design and architecture decisions, capacity planning, prioritization, product and delivery decisions • Partner closely with product marketing to bring new products to market (GTM) • Proactively provide training to sales, support, success and other stakeholder teams • This remote first position requires some travel to partner or prospect sites (under 10%)

Qualifications

• Experience working in geographically distributed teams in a fast paced, high performance business unit • 3+ years of payments industry work experience, with specific experience working with transaction processing, point of sale devices and/or card schemes • 3+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis • Experience working directly with customers, defining personas, jobs to be done and creating customer feedback loops • Proven track record of applying creative thinking and analysis to tackle business needs in ambiguous environments • Exceptional execution skills with a bias towards action, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities • Practical product experience across customer insights, product strategy and planning, execution, data driven outcomes, and leadership
