Claims Optimization Program Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead and manage specific segments of the property claims process • Assist in creating training material for claims adjusters and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of claims management systems and adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications a plus • 7 – 10 years proven experience in program management and claims adjusting, specifically with property claims • Strong understanding of best practices and data associated with claims management process outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize processes for increased efficiency and accuracy • Able to perform work with limited supervision, while possessing the ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines
