1st Line Support Engineer
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description
• Provide first line global office support efficiently and friendly • Resolve technical issues through various channels • Install, modify, configure, troubleshoot, update hardware and software • Ensure SLAs met and provide updates to end users • Handle shipping requests and maintain IT asset inventory • Assist in new hire on-boardings and staff exits • Administer Active Directory/Microsoft Exchange • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards • Research and create technical procedures and manuals
Qualifications
• Background in customer service • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Organizational skills • 1-2 years' experience in 1st Line Support • CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation 4 or equivalent professional certification (preferred) • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Familiarity with MacOS & Windows devices • Attention to detail • Thinking outside the box for solutions • Providing high-quality service • Consistency • Security-focused • Excelling in IT support
