Senior Institutional Sales Executive
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 a year
Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow FalconX's institutional client base\n• Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.\n• Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers\n• Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver exemplary client satisfaction\n• Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives\n• Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience\n• Direct experience in the crypto industry with at least 1 year at a crypto prime brokerage firm - deep knowledge of different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape\n• Expertise with equity sales, derivatives, and hedge fund sales\n• Remarkable negotiation skills\n• Ability to quickly & successfully relay a value proposition\n• Able to administer large complex clients\n• Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills\n• Ability to demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset\n• Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services\n• An extreme passion for the crypto space
