Job Description

• Proactively source and identify top AI and ML talent • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills and fit • Work closely with hiring managers and HR team • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies • Champion diversity and inclusion • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives • Work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hr, or sales • 1+ years of sourcing experience, in-house or agency • Deep understanding of recent market and tech trends, preferably in the AI and ML domains • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates • Highly resourceful, independent, and self-motivated • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Team player with a collaborative mindset • Strong analytical skills • An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving • Fearless in trying new things and embracing new ideas
