Job Description

• Channel Executive for the Independent Channel • Responsible for managing Independent Broker-Dealer partners and IMO strategic partners • Driving sales opportunities as a trusted advisor • Building and maintaining relationships across departments • Developing partner strategy aligned with GAFG priorities • Leading IBD strategy and product launches • Coordinating firm events and industry meetings • Communicating product benefits • Providing firm sales activities information • Analyzing campaign effectiveness • Tracking market share and identifying opportunities • Sharing business building ideas

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred • 10+ years of experience in business development and relationship management desired • Series 7 and Life/Health license required • Experience working with annuity products required • Strong presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to travel more than 50% • Broad-based technological awareness • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Ability to work autonomously • Commitment to customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
