Job Description

• Oversee the entire employee journey from talent acquisition to career growth and retention. • Collaborate closely with the management team to foster team cohesion and enhance organizational efficiency across US and European time zones. • Create standardized practices and documented processes for People Operations, including benefits, compensation, and employee equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a track record of building standardized processes in a multinational setting. • 3+ years of experience solving complex challenges in a global remote work environment. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities.
