Job Description

• As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be pivotal in steering multiple programs in the Stripe's Organizations domain. Your role involves spearheading large-scale technical programs, collaborating across various departments, solving intricate challenges, and ensuring successful product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management • Passionate about product/infrastructure architecture, quality, reliability, and correctness • Proven track record in comprehensive program management across software development phases • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at building strong relationships • Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions • Autonomous leader experienced in managing large-scale efforts and global stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations • Demonstrated experience in leading global initiatives, building APIs, products, and scalable systems • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field
