Job Description

• Lead and manage business transformation initiatives • Oversee end-to-end sales operations • Optimize product operations • Implement project management frameworks • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies • Manage and mentor a team of approximately 100 people • Work closely with cross-functional teams • Establish and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business and sales operations • Proven leadership and team management skills • Expertise in project management • Deep understanding of sales operations • Experience in sales enablement programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
