Job Description

• Manage and drive contributor project performances • Communicate service level expectations to contributors • Build and manage a team of proficient contributors • Collaborate with Client Delivery to meet project requirements • Develop program processes, guidelines, and training materials

Qualifications

• Advanced to expert Excel skills required • Experience managing large volumes of email correspondence • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication skills • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in a metric-driven setting • BS or BA degree preferred • Candidates must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule
