Director Of Account Management
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Job Description
• Collaborate with the data team to measure the success of strategic partnerships using data-driven insights. • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth within existing partnerships, leveraging data to inform decision-making and strategy. • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and achieve common goals. • Handle day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. • Drive upselling opportunities by demonstrating our value proposition and optimizing services to meet client goals. • Conduct recurring meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. • Lead and manage the Account Management team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. • Oversee all initiatives related to partners, ensuring they are executed effectively through our internal processes. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role. • Proven experience in a leadership or management position. • Big Advantage- previous experience with e-commerce companies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams. • Data-driven mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions and strategies. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
