Associate Director, Clinical Operations

Job Description

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Clinical Development Plan • Provide strategic operational guidance for trials across clinical stage programs • Review and communicate operational plans for alignment • Contribute to global regulatory submissions • Mentor and guide Clinical Operations staff • Responsible for meeting operational deliverables within timelines and quality commitments

Qualifications

• BS in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare subject required. Advanced degree preferred. • 12+ years of Clinical Operations experience (8+years for M.S degree) including biopharmaceutical clinical trial management • Demonstrated effective global clinical program management • Thorough understanding of clinical drug development • Experience in developing teams in a matrix environment • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
