Associate Director, Account Management

Job Description

• Develop and lead multi-faceted influencer marketing strategies • Work as a strategic partner alongside Client Solution Leads • Thought-leader with deep knowledge of social platforms • Work in close partnership with internal teams and external partners/agencies • Mentor account managers • Navigating challenges within the execution process • Building new materials for the use of the account management department and beyond • Preparing reports and analyzing ad performance relative to campaign objectives • Managing the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working at an agency, marketing-tech or media start-up • Strong background experience developing multi-faceted marketing campaigns including creative, influencers, media, digital and/or social media • Experience leveraging data and analytics to influence influencer strategies and campaign plans • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience creating internal and external presentations (keynote and google slides preferred) • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Bonus points if: • Experience working with IAT agency structures • Previous managerial experience is a plus
