Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager, Sales Engineering

Job Description

• Build and optimize - Dive deep into our data across customer segments, verticals, and partner portfolios, to create models that analyze Sales Engineering effectiveness. You’ll take a hands-on approach to synthesize insights that will translate playbooks implemented and proposals for new initiatives • Be a trusted partner - Advise our Sales Engineering leadership team and drive workflow improvement to reduce the friction the Sales Engineering org feels on a day-to-day basis • Design processes to drive continuous improvement- Ensure we have visibility into what tools and products are being deployed, and that we are closely monitoring impact and pivoting as needed • Drive management cadences- Manage weekly and monthly business processes, escalating deviations from goals and expectations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or a high-growth SaaS startup • Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills and high degree of SQL proficiency • Tech experience is preferred but not a requirement • Advanced communication, presentation, and organization skills • Executive presence and comfort communicating with the C-suite • Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skill • Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities • Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and a demonstrated expertise in managing such projects • Able to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments under tight and unpredictable timelines • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
